BOOKING OF TRANSFERS AND POST CONFERENCE TOURS ARE STRILL AVAILABLE.


If you wish to book transfer and do not have the flight booked yet, you can contact us at later stage an send us the flight info.

Individual Transfer Service will be organized for all participants and accompanying persons from all nearest airports:
  • Airport Jože Pučnik, Ljubljana; Slovenia
  • Ronchi Airport, Trieste; Italy
  • Marco Polo Airport, Venice; italy
  • Airport Franjo Tudman, Zagreb, Croatia
to the hotel/venue and back for with NO waiting time and an English-speaking driver.

Exact departure hour of your transfer from hotel to selected airport will be confirmed later via email.

We reccomend to be at the airport at least 2 hours before the flight departure.

Collection of Personal Data

To arrange the booking for the services you selected, it is necessary for us to collect and store your personally identifiable data. Your personal data will be used only for the purposes needed for the organization of the conference and the execution of selected services. Your data will be also shared with our partners for the purpose of the organization of the conference and the reservation of services. Go Green will never sell your information to third parties or use your data for marketing purposes. Go Green is committed to ensure the privacy of Personal Data and make sure its employees and business partners also take the necessary measures to protect Personal Data.

Payment and Cancelation conditions

Payment is to be made in advance by credit card or by bank transfer (proforma Invoice).

Transfer, Accommodation, Tourist Tours Cancellations are allowed, if requests are received on or before April 13th, 2023, but each – even prior to this date - is subject to a non-refundable € 25 administrative fee. Transfer, Accommodation, Tourist Tours made after April 13th, 2023, as well as 'no shows', are liable for the total amount and no refund will be paid. The Participant has the right to appoint a substitute (another participant) at any time without additional cost at any time until May 1st, 2023.
